Since our goal is to be the “gold standard” of pediatric occupational therapy services, we are private pay only. This allows us to give all of our time and energy to our kiddos and their families without the hassle of extra paperwork required by insurance companies. Below is an overview of the process of initiating occupational therapy services with us.<\/p>\n

 <\/strong><\/p>\n

PATH 1 <\/u>– Developmental Skills Evaluation <\/b>– <\/strong>$150<\/span>
<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This is an in-depth look at your child\u2019s skills in gross motor, fine motor, sensory, visual motor and perception, reflexes, executive functioning, etc. and additionally includes the time spent interviewing with the parent and overall amount of time of 1 hour. The price also reflects the time required to complete the physical report. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

At this time, our evaluation day and time for evaluations in school systems and daycare facilities are based upon the individual contracts and agreements we have with those facilities and may vary based upon availability.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

+ Additionally note that due to the thoroughness of our evaluations in collaboration with the value we place on building relationships, a portion of the incomplete testing may be completed within the first treatment session.<\/p>\n

                Developmental Skills Subsequent Sessions<\/strong> – $60 for 30 minutes\/$100 for 45 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

To ensure adequate time for therapy in addition to being mindful of the typical school schedule, sessions completed in the school setting will only be offered in 30 minute time frames. For at home or in clinic session, we offer a 45 minute time slot to provide more one on one time with the child and caregiver(s).<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

At the end of each session, you will be provided with a Session Summary and Home Activities Program of recommended activities to complete over the course of the next week prior to the sequential scheduled therapy session (these are expected to be completed as indicated by OT to ensure best outcomes).<\/p>\n

PATH <\/u><\/span>2<\/u> – Feeding Evaluation <\/b>– <\/span>$200<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

All of our therapists are SOS Approach to Feeding<\/a> trained and will follow the the research-backed <\/span>protocols. We will observe how each family completes family meals to assess how the family interacts during meal times and how the child interacts with the foods. Families will receive handouts on the SOS approach to implement at home. This provides 1 hour of time spent together as well as the time it takes to complete the thorough report.<\/span><\/p>\n

At this time, we require all feeding evaluations to be completed in the home in order to thoroughly assess all aspects of feeding in the child’s life. <\/span><\/p>\n

                Feeding Subsequent Sessions<\/span> – $110 for 45 minutes<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

After we initiate and implement strategies to assist in the family meals, your therapist will begin initiating therapy meals. This allows opportunities to introduce, interact with, and explore the skills needed for a variety of foods. As guided by the SOS Approach, this will further enhance the feeding experience in a safe and supportive environment with an emphasis in play and child-led exploration and LEARNING about new foods and food groups.<\/span> <\/span>

Your therapist will provide you with ideas to implement into family meals each session in attempts to broaden your child’s palate to eat a variety of foods in the home environment (these are expected to be completed as indicated by OT to ensure best outcomes)<\/span>.<\/span>

 <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

PATH 3<\/u><\/span> – Developmental Skills + Feeding Evaluation<\/b> – <\/span>$250<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This is a combination of our developmental skills and feeding evaluation (through the SOS Approach to Feeding<\/a>). This is for our kids that are struggling with gross motor, fine motor, sensory, visual motor and perception, reflexes, executive functioning, AND feeding. <\/span><\/p>\n

The focus of our first meeting will be a family meal that will follow the progress of the feeding evaluation (see above). We will continue to make observations and collect data for the next few session in order to gather a full picture of your family and child in regards to skills and feeding.<\/p>\n

*Please note, there is a MANDATORY 2 sessions per week policy for this path (one session focused on developmental skills and one session focused on feeding)<\/u>*<\/p>\n

Developmental Skills Screen – <\/span>$15<\/p>\n

      A screening is a general overview of skills and currently met milestones that is completed in 15 minute increments. Upon looking at the results from the screening, we may or may not recommend occupational therapy services. If we recommend services, we will move onto schedule an evaluation of your child.<\/p>\n

          *Parent\/Guardian Coaching – <\/strong>$150<\/p>\n

          <\/p>\n

          We also provide a parent\/guardian coaching service where an occupational therapist will meet with you one on one. Parent\/guardian coaching may be applicable to parents who have children that are currently on the caseload and require more intensive training (more than simply session summary or sitting in on sessions). This is a service we also offer to parents of children that are on our waiting list to allow for initiation of recommendations for both children and parents.<\/p>\n
